Starting the 2020 fall term eligible Oregon National Guard members can use the Oregon National Guard State Tuition Assistance ONGSTA for undergrauate degree and certificate programs at Oregon community colleges public universities Oregon Health and Science University OHSU and eligible post-secondary private institutions.
